2-Year Extended Warranty
Our products are meant to be outside in the elements year-round. That means they take a beating; the wind, the rain, the scorching sun, the coons, the wasps... the list goes on. We stand behind our products with an unconditional 1-year warranty, but offer an extended warranty to give you a total of 3 years of protection. This 2-year extension covers any type of failure to your Slow Glow Lights or SolR Pro system. If your unit stops working, simply mail us your product and we'll ensure it comes back in full working order.
The extended warranty covers any & all electronic components including the LED light itself, the day/night sensor, the motion detector, the remote control, power cord, solar electronic components, and all internal circuitry. This extended warranty does not cover physical damage to the exterior, or water damage from submersion.
If we cannot fix your product due to excess damage, we will gladly credit the cost of your extended warranty purchase towards a new product.
To make a claim, simply call or email us and we will provide you return instructions. We will cover the cost of repair plus return-shipping.
