Slow Glow Shipping Policies
Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Options: We offer shipping methods utilizing UPS and USPS. Optional Free Shipping applies to retail orders that exceed $200 in eligible areas. If you wish to pick your carrier, paid shipping of any dollar amount is available.
Shipping Expenses: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your chosen shipping method and delivery address.
International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping online. Please contact us directly if you’d like to place an order for over-seas shipping.
Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery times is based on your items and location. Most packages go out same or next day, and qualify for 2-3 day shipping. This is NOT always the case, but most our orders arrive in 5-business days or less.
Factors Affecting Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.
Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped. This is typically in 2 business days or less.

Modifications, Returns, and Cancellations: To modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 7-days of placing your order. Please refer to our separate Return Policy for information on returns and exchanges.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3-days of receiving it and provide photos of the damage.
