We have produced this short video to walk you through our most asked questions.  hopefully these tips get you up and running quickly, if you feel your product is not working correct, don't hesitate to give us a call and we can further diagnose your issue over the phone.  If you need to mail back your unit for repair, please notify us first by phone, then mail your light only to the address below.  We do NOT need your SolR Pro, solar panels, battery, remote control, or any component other than the light or device you believe needs repairs.
